IWC Ingenieur 1832 case quartz 3003 from 1977-78

In the 1970s Mr. Gerald Genta designed the Patek Nautilus 3700 and the AP 5402 and he also drew the IWC Ingenieur SL 1832. IWC made about 540 pieces with automatic (in-house movement) and about 335 quartzes, in the same huge case and with the same amazing bracelet – these first MK1 quartzes were made as reference “3003”. This thick quartz has a gray dial. There is only 1 (steel golden) 3003 for sale on Chrono – speak about rarity! Watch is in very good condition, all links included, what a thing! By the way, we have 3 with gray dials 3003 and another 3003 with black dial – and there is also an 1832 automatic for sale on the site…
